Set the pedal to Mode 2: Exit Bluetooth settings on your device. Hold down the Mode button until the red LED flashes twice. Release the Mode button. The red and blue LEDs will flash twice to confirm that the pedal has been set to Mode 2. Re-open Bluetooth settings. Your pedal should appear in the list and be available to connect. Tap the device name to connect. If not available or unable to connect, proceed to reset the pedal. Reset the pedal and pair: Turn OFF Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. Reset the AirTurn device by holding down the power button for 12-15 seconds. Following the series of rapid flashes, turn the AirTurn device ON. Turn ON Bluetooth on your tablet, computer, or phone. Your AirTurn should appear in the list within a few seconds. Tap the device name in the list to pair. + My device is connected, but nothing happens when I press the switch. The pedal is in Mode 1 or may have a mechanical issue. Verify your connection: Confirm under your device’s Bluetooth settings that your pedal is available and says “Connected”. If using an iPad or iPhone, confirm that there is a blue circle with an ‘i’ in the center next to “Connected”. Press the pedal and check if the Blue LED lights when pressed. If it does not light, there is likely a mechanical issue. If using a DUO, make sure that the switch plugs are firmly attached. Set the pedal to Mode 2: Exit Bluetooth settings on your device. Hold down the Mode button until the red LED flashes twice. Release the Mode button. The red and blue LEDs will flash twice to confirm that the pedal has been set to Mode 2. Re-open Bluetooth settings. Your pedal should appear in the list and be available to connect. Tap the device name to connect. If not available or unable to connect, proceed to reset the pedal.
